	COMMUNICATION ARTS We are in our final stretch for the upcoming MAP test. We are spending time on communication arts MAP practice, along with math MAP practice. Students are learning test taking strategies and getting experience with similar questions that could appear on the MAP test. TIP: When your child reads at home, please stop and ask them questions to help them think about their reading and to make sure that they truly understand what is happening in the text.		MATH We will assess over our graphing unit on Monday. After MAP testing, students will begin a unit on fractions and probability.
	SCIENCE After MAP testing, students will begin learning about plants.		SOCIAL STUDIES
