Our goal is to support children in developing a love of reading
for entertainment and for information. |

| All students may check out books as long as they have no
overdues. Books are checked out on a weekly basis and may be
renewed up to two times. Every class has a scheduled checkout
time each week, but students may come to the library anytime (with
teacher permission) to get new materials. |
| The library also provides a reference collection for student
research. These items are checked out for the day and must be
returned before students go home. |
| In addition to reference books, the library has a number of
computer workstations. Students can receive research
assistance and instruction from the library media specialist when
needed. |
| The library also provides a collection of professional materials
and equipment for teacher use. Materials for teachers can be checked
out for up to a month and equipment can be reserved in advance with
the library clerk. |
